From the production floor to the toolroom, from quality control to marketing, we recognise every individual staff member as a valuable contributor. Our ever present awareness of the need to cultivate from within, those who exhibit proficiency and determination, is the backbone of our successful staffing philosophy. This has resulted in a justifiably proud number of staff with more than 20 years of service at SPI.

To encourage every staff member to develop to the utmost of his potential, we have made recurrent upgrading the theme of our training department. For, at the end of the day, we understand that the ultimate difference lies in our people – SPI’s most valuable asset!
